One of the main ideas of the 4th Shift is that we are individuals who invest in ourselves away from the job in order to make our experience on the job more valuable and effective. We’re also not blind to the fact that 2/3 of your time is spent away from work and that being physically able is a key factor in making the most of the time our schedule affords you. Being more durable on the job, and capable away from it is a central idea of The 4th Shift.

Hiring a personal trainer is an incredibly efficient way to make sure you are getting the most from your workouts. Hiring a remote, digital coach affords you personalized workouts plus the ability to be more flexible with the program schedule. Workouts are created with each clients’ preferences, limitations, goals, and available equipment in mind. The program is delivered through the TruCoach app and is supported by video demonstrations for each movement, along with text and in-app chat with the trainer.


Presentations/seminars

4th Shift Fitness does offer on-site presentations and seminars. Each session will be tailored to the departments’ needs and any topic requests. Each session will contain a hands-on component using the departments’ equipment and resources so the lessons are more easily retained. Previous seminars and sessions have included: Back injury prevention, shoulder injury prevention, nutrition SOGs, fireground durability, and coach-led workouts.
